LONDON (Reuters) - A mythical and ghostly creature has

The rare white stag, from the red deer species,

according to a conservation group.

The John Muir Trust is now keeping the stag's location secret for fear of poachers.

The Sabbats

Sabbats

are festivals on the annual calendar, that are opportunities to honour

and celebrate the changing seasons and our place within them. On a

deeper level, there is much symbolism to be found in the calendar. To

those in the Craft, the Wheel (or Circle) is symbolic of the way we

view the Universe. We worship in Circles; we see cycles in the months,

the year, and in our lives. Continually turning,

these cycles always return to the original point of beginning. Life is

Merry Meet all

I'm Mystical Magic, I've been a practising solitary wiccan for about seven years now. I have a daughter, who is 9 and dog, who thinks she is human, and a loving husband who thinks I'm nuts. All in all I guess you could say I am a mother of 3 not 1. I also am a spiritualist as well so I get into the whole comunication with ghosts and other stuff like that, which also comes in handy sometimes as my husband is a paranormal investigator.

FALL EQUINOX

September 22, 2003 (variable)

The Fall Equinox, or Mabon, is celebrated as the final harvest of the

season. This holiday was pivotal in ancient times, since a good final

harvest was crucial to surviving the winter months ahead. This is the

time of year where we truly reap what we have sown and we prepare for

the long winter that lays before us. The day and night are again equal

Witch Craft - what is it?

Witch Craft is the practice of sorcery. Sorcery is a word that originated in the

14th century and finds its roots in the Middle English word sorcerie

and the Old French sorcier. Both sorcerie and sorcier are derived from

the Vulgar Latin sortiarius, which can be traced back to the original

Latin, sors, meaning lot, or chance, and also to the Latin sortis, the

genitive case meaning of, or by, lots. Together, these terms indicate

the root words of sorcery meant ...

Traditional Witchcraft, or Trad Witchcraft, is a religious family of

spiritual magical traditions that date back into Britain's early past.

As an older, traditional form of British witchcraft, it is not Wicca.

Trad Witches are primarily pantheists and believe that everything in the

universe is god and god is everything in the universe. This is

expressed in the concept of being "one with Nature". Nature, or god, is

seen as neutral, neither good nor bad, but is to be respected,

appreciated, ...

As in Eastern religions, Wicca also embraces the doctrine of reincarnation. Most Wiccans believe that this is just one of many lives we live, that when we die, we are reborn

in another body (like the God). We do not, however, believe that we

began life as anything but nor will we return as anything but human in

form.

The soul is ageless, sexless, nonphysical possessed of the

divine spark of the Goddess and God. After death, only the body dies.

The soul lives on in a realm that ...

Mysterious Water and Fire,

The Earth and the wide-ranging Air,

The Rule of Three

The rule of three is simple but very powerful: Whatever you do comes back to you threefold.

Thisis not only in magick, but in every aspect of life. Witches are warned

in the Wiccan Rede to "ever mind the rule of three." So remember to

think before you act, or you could suffer serious consequences.

Ask anyone who did a less than nice spell on someone what repercussions they had. They are never pretty.

Most Wiccans also believe in Karma, a phenomenon that ...

My name is Heather Drolet and I have been investigating

the paranormal with TAPS for over 6 years now. I happen to be pagan and

Figured I might as well let people know I'm here.

I am 24, and have been married for 20 months now. I was raised in a rural comminity, but we are living in the outskirts of a city, though I'm not sure if I'd really call it that.

Where doth thou spring from? jk

Hi all, I am the admin here at The Black Hat Society. My online name is Kitty. I live in the United States, in Tennesee. I am a witch. I am not the most experienced or learned person in my path, but I wanted to start this forum anyway. We can all learn together, if need be! I have two bouncy boys. Tyler is 4 and a half, Jordan is 16 months old. They do keep me busy as children do! I love learning, everything. I have been dubbed by my friends as, ...

TO BE A WITCH.....

To be a witch is to love and be loved.

To be a witch is to know everything, and nothing at all.

To be a witch is to move amongst the stars while staying on earth.

To be a witch is to change the world around you, and yourself.

To be a witch is to share and give, while receiving all the while.

To be a witch is to dance and sing, and hold hands with the universe.

To be a witch is to honor the gods, and yourself.

To be a witch is to Be Magick, not just perform ...

You may have found us by doing some searches, hearing about us by one of our other members, or simply by accident - but we're glad you found us anyway!

With The Black Hat Society (TBHS), you would expect that only Pagans are allowed here, but it's simply not true!
