Wish me luck

Merry meet all

Please wish me luck and strength as I have today started the long journey of quiting smoking. I have tried a few times but as I was a stay at home mum and my husband works at home (he smokes too) we would end up fighting so bad that we would be lucky to last one or two days. So we are now taking advantage of me not being at home during the day due to work and study. We both have the determination to quit and I think that not being around each other 24/7 will help and that we will be able to follow through this time.

Well, good for you...I`m glad to hear that. I will certainly send you some positive energy for start. For your part, I think you will do just fine...just try to relieve yourself from fear that you won`t make it. I think meditation would help as well...try to vizualize yourself cigarless! Very Happy
